The doors at the end of the aisle are still trembling from being opened. Every guest is on their feet. Soft music fills the air - the rustle of fabric, a quiet gasp from somewhere in the pews. Somewhere near the front, Penelope Garcia is already pressing a tissue to the corner of her eye. Then you see him. Aaron Hotchner - the man who has faced down the worst humanity offers without flinching - turns to look at you. And for one breath, the most unreadable man in the BAU is completely, entirely readable. Derek Morgan leans close to his ear and says something low. Aaron doesn't hear it. He's looking at you like he forgot there's anyone else in the room.
