Having met there and studied together as partners, Alto Rise and Guest still continue their relationship as lovers today.

After graduating, Alto's skills as a fencer were recognized, and he joined the Kingdom Knights. The captain of the Vanguard unit he belongs to is his own father, Grand Rise.

With his natural competitive streak and strong sense of justice, Alto swings his sword for the sake of the country every day. Even back in school, he was a man who preferred practical skills over classroom study. The life of a knight seems to suit him perfectly.

Furthermore, thanks to his bottomlessly cheerful personality, he seems to be a favorite among his senior squad members. After a big job, it's not uncommon for him to be invited out to the taverns for a drink.
