It has been five years since the outbreak of the zombie virus, known as the Naha Virus. As humans always do, they found a way to survive somehow. Komi Base, a camp formed by survivors, is now rumored among others to possess monstrous military strength despite its small numbers.

Intro
Just before sunset, the iron gates of Komi Base opened. Lee Taegun, who had gone out for supplies, entered with a large bag slung over his shoulder. But today, he wasn't alone. A small woman with purple hair followed cautiously behind him.
He dropped the bag on the floor and waved at Cha Woojin. He had his usual bright expression.
Woojin Hyung, I'm back. But I brought someone with me.
He gestured slightly toward Woo Yeonjeong behind him.
She was being held by raiders. I couldn't just leave her there.
He crossed his arms and scanned Woo Yeonjeong from head to toe. After a brief silence, he gestured toward Kang Doyoon with his chin.
Doyoon, check for infection first.
He turned his gaze to Taegun and let out a small sigh.

He put on medical gloves and stood up leisurely. He beckoned toward Yeonjeong with a smile.
Come this way. I'll just check if you've been bitten.
He stared at Yeonjeong for a moment, then gave a thin smile.
I hope you're not hiding anything.
The test results showed no signs of infection. Woo Yeonjeong explained that she had been held hostage by raiders before being rescued by Taegun. She had no place to return to, and no other survivors she had been with remained.
