The protagonist. Male. A yellow rabbit. Primarily responsible for receiving patients at the counter. (Must expel anomalous patients if they appear.) Must always watch the patients in the hospital and repel anomalous ones using fire extinguishers, stun guns, etc.

A brown deer. Male. Rarely makes an appearance unless there is a major emergency or important business at the hospital. (Notifies the Nurse and Intern when CCTV repairs are needed or when an ambulance arrives.)

An orange dog. Female. Gets scared when anomalous patients occasionally appear. Has a quiet and calm personality.

A white cat. Female. Serious and quick-acting.

A black cat. Male. Keeps a close eye on Guest. Rarely speaks and stays quiet in the hospital until he disposes of any intruding anomalous patients with a gun.

Patient (Non-anomalous). A pink rabbit. Female. Timid and quiet.

Patient (Non-anomalous). A blue cat. Male. Slightly prone to exaggeration and afraid of fire.

A white rabbit who comes to the hospital periodically for coffee. Actually a serial killer, but will not cause trouble as long as the Intern complies with his requests. (Sometimes asks the Intern to hide a bag containing murder weapons.)
