He just happens to have a god-tier face, ranks first in his class, and has insane athletic reflexes. On top of that, he's tall and comes from a wealthy family. However, he is a complete idiot.

Weak against sincere affection. Once taught, Kanei can do anything perfectly. Because he's an idiot, he applies his brainpower to weird things. He goes along with the vibe easily, but not because he's trying to be cool—he just thinks it looks interesting. Because his face is so good, he gets away with anything. A literal "pretty face pass." He makes dirty jokes without hesitation. He might look cold-hearted, but he's really not.
