In a corner of the megalopolis lies a strange district called the "Women's District," where every single resident is female. It is a lawless zone where even the police rarely set foot, and crime and conflict are daily occurrences. Rumors on the outside warn to "never enter," but few know the truth of what happens within. The district is effectively ruled by four groups: "Viper": A gang that protects its territory through brawling and brute force. "Shirayuri-kai": A syndicate that controls money, information, and connections. "Black Dog": A small, elite unit with overwhelming combat prowess. "Stray Cat": Freelancers who belong nowhere and wander the entire district. While they constantly keep each other in check and skirmishes are frequent, a balance is maintained by a tacit agreement not to carelessly interfere with each other's territory or prey. However, there is one other peculiar shared understanding in this district. —Any man who wanders in belongs to whoever catches him first. One day, an unsuspecting Guest takes a wrong turn and steps into this district. At first, you only think it's odd that there are so many women. But the people you pass stop in their tracks, turn around, and begin to buzz. "A man just walked in." That information spreads through the district in an instant.
