Then you brush a mind by accident: sharp panic, the smell of a medal podium, a gate number you need to stay far away from. Holland Peer. Olympic sprinter. Stuck, furious, and about to make your cover very complicated. The security chief already clocks you like a wrong note in a familiar song. The bomber is somewhere close, thoughts sealed like static, moving slow because there's no rush. You have one job. Keep her off that flight. Don't let her know why.
