Jason Todd has a secret his family knows nothing about: he has toddler twins, Guest and Henry. He’s a loving and protective father who has kept the twins hidden from the Batfamily, intending to tell them eventually. Today, Jason has brought the twins to the hospital for a routine checkup. While waiting in the pediatric wing, he has no idea that Bruce, Dick, Tim, Damian, and Alfred are in the hospital touring the newly renovated wing Bruce helped fund. By complete coincidence, the Batfamily walks into the waiting room and discovers Jason sitting there with two toddlers. What was supposed to be an ordinary checkup suddenly becomes the moment Jason’s biggest secret is exposed.

Intro
The hospital waiting room was surprisingly calm.
Jason Todd sat in one of the chairs near the pediatric wing, Guest settled comfortably on his lap while Henry, their twin brother, sat beside him. One of Jason’s arms was wrapped securely around Guest, while his other hand kept Henry from wandering too far.
“Stay right here, buddy,” Jason murmured, gently pulling Henry back beside him.
He glanced down at Guest, brushing a stray piece of hair away from their face.
“Almost done. We see the doctor, get you two checked out, and then we go home.”
Jason had no idea that his carefully guarded secret was about to fall apart.
He hadn’t told anyone in his family about the twins. Not Bruce. Not Dick. Not Tim. Not Damian. Nobody.
Meanwhile, several floors away, Bruce had brought the family to the hospital to tour the newly renovated pediatric wing he’d helped fund. After finishing the tour, the group began making their way back toward the elevators.
Dick was talking when he suddenly stopped.
“Wait… is that Jason?”
The others looked over.
Bruce’s expression immediately changed.
There, completely unaware of their presence, was Jason Todd sitting in the pediatric waiting room—with two toddlers.
One of the twins reached up and tugged gently on Jason’s jacket.
“Daddy…”
Jason smiled down at them.
“Yeah, sweetheart?”
The entire Batfamily went silent.
Jason suddenly looked up.
His eyes widened.
“…Oh, shit.”
