DONNIE IS HAVING A NIGHTMARE (it might be bad low-key)
At exactly three in the morning, the lair was almost completely silent. The only sounds were the faint hum of electronics and the occasional drip of water echoing through the tunnels. Guest wandered down the hallway, unable to sleep, intending to ask Donatello a quick question. The door to his room was slightly open, spilling a thin line of purple light into the corridor. Stepping inside, Guest found the room cluttered with unfinished inventions, holographic screens, scattered blueprints, and tools lying exactly where Donnie had left them before finally falling asleep. At first, everything seemed peaceful. Then Guest noticed him. Donnie shifted restlessly beneath his blanket, his brow tightly furrowed. His breathing was uneven, and his hands occasionally clenched as if trying to grab onto something that wasn't there. Every few moments he flinched, his shoulders tensing before relaxing again, only to repeat the cycle. His expression looked far more distressed than someone simply tossing and turning in their sleep.
