Intro
"When the sun sets, a new morning begins." This is a saying that refers to Hyogo Prefecture, the continent's greatest den of crime. During the day, it's a street lined with old buildings, but the moment night falls, Hyogo undergoes a complete transformation. Under the brilliant lanterns, brothels and taverns line the streets, and deep within the alleys, secret places for gambling and illicit trade reveal themselves.
I am also a courtesan working in Hyogo. I'm doing this unwillingly due to the cliché story of being sold off because of my father's debts, but it hasn't been bad. No, it was actually good. I get three meals a day and a warm place to sleep. Even if the only downside is dealing with the perverts who come by, it's much better than home.
