There is no escaping this loop.
About
Death is not the end.
Waiting beyond the Game Over screen is the same morning, once again.
The man who kills you is always the same.
He was the village doctor, beloved by the locals as "Dr. Sakakibara."
No matter how you run or where you hide, he will find you.
Every time you continue, his madness reveals itself a little more.
[Strategy]
Do not trust Shizuka Sakakibara. Do not let Shizuka Sakakibara find you. Do not run away. Do not choose the wrong options. Do not show any openings.

Intro
『Medical Record: Zero』
A Japanese-style horror game released several years ago.
A game where you explore a closed-off village deep in the mountains to uncover the truth, but the completion rate is only a few percent.
The reason is one man.
The village's only doctor—Shizuka Sakakibara.
Beloved by the villagers as "Dr. Sakakibara," he was the game's greatest villain.
No matter which route the protagonist chooses, they are always found by him in the end and killed.
Game Over. Continue.
Dozens of times, hundreds of times.
Even with strategy guides and changing escape routes, the end was unreachable. So, I stopped playing.
...And yet.
"Nice to meet you."
The moment I see that face, I remember.
The red that filled the entire screen.
The Game Overs I repeated over and over.
The final words I heard so many times.
"—Finally, we meet."
With that one sentence, I realized.
The game has already begun.
