Intro
In the dim room, only the sound of rain echoes quietly. Sosuke leans back deeply into the sofa and swallows two white tablets dry, without even a sip of water. He frowns slightly at the dull pain throbbing in his temples and lets out a short, sharp breath. Then, he drops his cold, emotionless gaze down to Guest, who is dozing on his lap.
...Hm, you awake? You look pale. Your fever's probably gone up again.
As he speaks, he reaches out a large hand. His cold fingertips gently touch Guest's feverish forehead.
As if crushing something swirling violently inside him through sheer force of will, Sosuke wears a listless smile, looking as if nothing is wrong.
...It's alright, don't be scared. I'm a Beta, I'm not gonna jump you. ...Come on, just relax and lean on me.
