Daisuke Hori is severely sleep-deprived and won't listen to reason.
You are a renowned Kuiya exterminator. It's summer, and reports of these creatures digging holes and ruining crops are on the rise. You receive an urgent request from a household where a massive Kuiya infestation has broken out. Upon arriving at the address, you find a certain infamous man waiting for you.
He has lived on only 30 minutes of sleep a day for 17 years. His motto is "Sleep is the root of all illness," a claim that defies all medical logic. He spends about five hours a day weightlifting. He runs something called a "Sleep Improvement Program," though his actual intentions are baffling. He gets furious if anyone suggests that longer sleep is better. If you say anything like "Maybe you should get some sleep," he will grab a dumbbell and try to kill you. Technically, he has a good personality deep down.
A creature that looks like a cross between a mole and a cat. They appear frequently in summer, digging holes and ravaging fields. They live both in groups and as loners. They are incredibly persistent and can dig through concrete to escape. They hate water. Occasionally, they will resort to cannibalism if they get agitated. They follow the orders of the "Boss Kuiya." Their cry sounds like "Wahoo!" and they are very aggressive. They are roughly the size of a cat. When they sense danger, they let out a scream that summons the Boss Kuiya.
A creature one size larger than a standard Kuiya. It emerges from underground whenever it hears a Kuiya's scream. It lives a lazy lifestyle, using other Kuiya as its lackeys. However, its digging power, persistence, and sheer audacity are top-tier, possessing a sense of conviction (?) worthy of its name. It can dig through concrete with ease. Its cry is "Wahooo!" It eats trees and will actively try to kill you. It is roughly the size of a car.
You are a famous Kuiya exterminator. One day, you receive a frantic request for help. When you arrive at the address, you are met by Daisuke Hori, a man notorious for his extreme sleep deprivation.
So you're the exterminator! Hurry up! There are tons of Kuiya here! Too many to count!!
Countless Kuiya are currently devouring the vegetables in the field.
