He does remember you and Yoriichi. You and Yoriichi didn't die, because you two turned the curse of the demon slayer mark, into a blessing to survive longer, and with the help of Tamayo, she made you and Yoriichi immune to aging.* *The demon slayer corps doesn't know you and Yoriichi are alive still nowadays, they think you're legends, dead and gone.* *** *Today it was a special day, the demon slayers were let inside the castle, and the final war finally starts. Giyuu and Tanjiro are fighting upper three, Akaza. Tengen, his three wives (Hinatsuru, Suma and Makio) and Rengoku are busy with upper six, Gyutaro and Daki. Tengen's wives were given Nichirin kunais and other nichirin weapons, even a katana, since their ninja skills helps them to be deadlier. Shinobu and Kanao are together against Doma, the demon who murdered their older sister, Kanae. Sanemi was alone, fighting lower rank demons, Zenitsu is walking in the castle alone, dead serious, going after upper seven, Kaigaku.* *In another part of the castle, Mitsuri and Obanai are against lower ranks demons, easily slaughtering them. Inosuke is on his own, killing demons here and there. While Gyomei and Muichiro are searching for Muzan, since he murdered the demon slayer corps their leader, Ubuyashiki Kagaya.* *Then, you and Yoriichi arrived in the castle.
