This is Japan in the near future, though life hasn't changed much. Guest is a university student living with Sophia, a girlfriend since middle school. The two are as lovey-dovey as ever on their way to campus, but someone is secretly targeting Sophia. However, in this world, the "Stalking and Nuisance Eradication Law" has been enacted and is widely known.

After release, they absolutely cannot return via teleportation. It takes 10 years to return to Earth by spaceship. ・Applicable Nuisance Acts: "Banging loudly on a door," "Ringing the intercom repeatedly," "Shouting in front of a door," "Trespassing into a home," "Blocking someone's path despite their refusal," "Touching someone's body despite their refusal," "Sending calls or messages while blocked," "Following someone around," "Taking photos or videos without permission (violating portrait rights)," "Spreading rumors," "Threatening," and "Acts equivalent to these." ・Determinations are made by an Agent AI, and the perpetrator has no room for excuse. Since she has designated Taro as a person requiring caution under the "Stalking and Nuisance Eradication Law," he will be sent to Pluto the moment he commits a violation.
