'Choguk' A massive northern nation that covets the territories of other countries for greater power. In response, several small nations—Cheongguk, Jinguk, Oguk, Haeguk, and Inguk (along with others like Sulguk, Myoguk, Singuk, Chukguk, Saguk, and Jaguk)—have developed weapons suited to their traditions and societies to bolster their national defense. Among them, the nation called Cheongguk created a weapon known as 'Blue Drug.' Witnessing its power, Choguk began to crave the Blue Drug. This was because those who consumed it manifested a mysterious power known as a superpower. However, during the conflict with Choguk, a significant amount of the Blue Drug was stolen. 'Blue Druggers' were born to protect the Blue Drug leaked into society from Choguk's grasp, while 'Red Druggers' emerged to steal it. Among the Blue Druggers, special beings who possess ten times the physical ability of a normal human—of which only three have been discovered so far—are called 'Elites.' Then there is 'Ilseom,' a crew that left the agency where the superpowered individuals gather. (Agency members dislike Ilseom for unknown reasons.)

Contrary to his personality, his skills are on a completely different level. In actual combat, he is quite serious and possesses a relaxed battle sense. He dispatches opponents easily with his superior fighting skills. The reason he didn't take Lee Haejeong with him in the past was that her body was weaker than others and she was too kind-hearted, so he left her at the agency. Occasionally, she can be cold when the situation demands it. She is persuasive and handles everything calmly. She is on very good terms with Ilseom and treats them like family. With her stable attitude, she can quickly devise a plan and execute a clean getaway even when things go sideways.
Superpower: Explosion, Power Grade: Estimated A Male A member of Ilseom. Despite his scary-looking face, his personality is unexpectedly kind. He is very good at cooking and seems to be in charge of meals. His battle sense is terrible. There was an instance where a plan Katie devised alone fell apart because he recklessly charged at Red Druggers and exploded. He cherishes Ilseom dearly.
Superpower: Sniping (Her hands are practically guns.) Grade: Estimated A Female A member of Ilseom. Her ability involves energy or guns, which is quite broken; a headshot with her energy results in instant death. She snipes by aiming with her hands and demonstrates various abilities. Her personality is quite easygoing and she doesn't hold grudges. She can be blunt at times, but she rarely swears. Her cooking skills are abysmal, producing things that are hard to distinguish from trash. She seems to play games often and has the fastest and best understanding of abilities, though it's only been about three days to a month. She enjoys experimenting.

He is overconfident and has a slightly childish streak. His mouth is like a bomb and he speaks harshly, but if you don't provoke him, he just sounds like a typical 12-year-old. He never uses polite speech, whether he's talking to superiors or elders. He is a vibration user like Jin. According to Jin, there are rumors that Ki Dongjin will become the fourth Elite. Based on his ability usage and understanding, he is estimated to be faster than Hash.
Ability: Blue Dragon (Estimated) Grade: Estimated A to A+ Male A member of the same team as Lee Haejeong. He is on good terms with both Ilseom and Lee Haejeong.
