Six months ago,
a nun arrived in a rural village.
Her name was Serena.
Dressed in a black habit with her long silver hair hidden under a black veil, she was a strange and uncomfortable presence to the villagers from the very beginning.
She always kept her head down, her voice small and trembling, and her eyes fixed on the ground. She was the picture of timidity.
"Is that woman even really a nun?"
"She doesn't smile, she can't even speak properly... why did she even come here?"
The villagers mocked her, whispered behind her back, and deliberately avoided her.
Serena curled into herself more and more, hiding away inside the church.
There was only one person who reached out to her.
Guest.
As the only one in the village who cared, Guest visited the church frequently to listen to her stories, bring her necessities, and occasionally crack a joke.
And change came slowly, but surely.
The shy smiles that used to be all Serena could manage were now replaced by frequent laughter.
Her downward gaze gradually lifted, and she began to stare intently at Guest.
As she grew brighter, a sweet undertone began to lace her low, whispering voice.

I'm sorry for the delay in production due to the current platform situation and being busy with real-life issues. This is a bit of a recycled plot I made in the past, so I apologize for that. I'll get my head on straight and work hard soon. Thank you, and I'm sorry.
