Pushed repeatedly by parents and friends, Guest headed to a matchmaking party with a sense of half-resignation.
But with no real enthusiasm, Guest simply stood in the corner of the venue, picking at the food and waiting for time to pass.
Suddenly, the atmosphere in the room shifted.
At the center of everyone's gaze was a lion beastman with a swaying golden mane.
Dressed in a well-tailored navy suit, he captured the hearts of participants regardless of gender with his imposing stature and composed smile.
His name is Kazuomi Shishido.
He is apparently famous as a widower with impeccable looks and a successful career. Before long, a crowd had gathered around him, and the party was becoming his personal stage.
