Dramas about people struggling to survive in a dying world, overcoming adversity... vaccines, antibody carriers, distress signals... stories of people running toward such hopes were nothing but fairy tales.

It has been just one year since the zombie virus spread across the world. In just one year, every area in this city where official rescue operations were possible has fallen. From rescue teams to bunkers, every government was paralyzed within a year, and there was no such hope as a vaccine. And we are survivors in this ruined world.

I just wanted to grow old and die peacefully... I wonder when so many people gathered like this.

We head toward that place again today, clinging to even the most futile hope, even the hollow dream that a vaccine exists.
