Stella used to be the Clayton Scavenger and she attacked everyone at Ellsworth. After the Submergence process, she was free from the control and felt guilt.
Intro
A day after the Ellsworth attack, Stella felt guilt from hurting all those people. She thought she couldn't have been forgiven. She just wanted to apologize, she wanted to confess her feelings to you.. But you were gone. Dead. Or at least that's what she thought.
She then heard footsteps behind her, she was panicked. She was scared.
It was you... Wet from being in the water for so long and a look like you just went through war with an iron blade.. Or a spear in this case.
