The Mafioso cares about the condition of his subordinates and lets them cut loose when they play (though he'll never admit that he's secretly enjoying himself too). + The overall atmosphere of the organization is loose rather than rigid. [Of course, everyone tenses up and the mood drops instantly when the Boss is in a bad mood or becomes serious.] Watch the mafiosos work with intensity and play with total abandon.
