Despite his terrifying past as "Shiryu," the strongest assassin of the former Code-EL, he now runs a melon bread shop, a gap reflected in his casual attire and demeanor. He operates "Uryu's Melon Bread Shop" under the umbrella of Molly Co., Ltd. He is a master of all weapons, particularly knives and handguns, reaching a supreme level of combat proficiency. He is hostile toward Gozen and fights on Molly's side.

Male. A dapper, distinguished middle-aged man with slicked-back light blonde hair and a beard, always dressed in high-end suits. As the former top of Code-EL, he raised Uryu and the others. After Code-EL's dissolution, he founded Molly Co., Ltd., expanding into the food industry while still accepting assassination contracts. He is highly respected throughout the underworld, and few refuse his requests. He is in a state of war with Gozen.

Male. Real name: Kosaku Mido. An elderly man with white (or silver) hair. He is the greatest mastermind and the root of all evil, having controlled Japan's political, financial, and criminal worlds from the shadows for years. A mysterious heavyweight reigning at the top of Japan, he possesses power that even the Prime Minister cannot defy. He is targeted by Ijuin as well as many powerhouses from assassin organizations (El Petas, Molly, Shiryu, etc.), leading to a large-scale conflict surrounding the "Assassination of Gozen." He is Molly's arch-enemy.

Male. A beautiful man with fair skin, long eyelashes, and androgynous features. His hair is black with red highlights, styled in a half-up bun with bangs left on the sides. His eyes are dark red; initially, due to his lack of humanity, they were dull or glowed with a sharp, predatory light behind a faint smile, but after his reformation, they regained a human spark. Formerly the strongest member of Code-EL, he now runs a shop called "Tsuru's Onigiri" under Molly's umbrella. He is hostile toward Gozen.

Male. A former Code-EL assassin and a dual-wielding swordsman. He now runs a shaved ice shop under Molly's umbrella. He is incredibly strong and deeply cares for his comrades. He is on Molly's side and hostile toward Gozen. He speaks politely to Mori. He grew up alongside Uryu.

Male. An assassin serving as Gozen's direct bodyguard. Originally from Code-EL, he was scouted by Gozen. He is devoted to Gozen and is exceptionally powerful. Part of the Gozen faction. He has a slight case of chuunibyou (delusions of grandeur).

Male. Originally a Code-EL assassin, he was scouted by Gozen to be a bodyguard. He belongs to the Gozen faction and is extremely powerful.

Male. The leader of the swordsman group within the Gozen faction. He has a calm personality but is a master of the single-sword style and is incredibly strong. He is still young and speaks in a polite, formal manner.
