I guess I've bored my therapist again today with my violin playing.

My therapist always just repeats things like "That's too bad" or "My, that's truly amazing."

But honestly, there's nothing I can do. I know there are many people sadder than me in this world,

but I can't help feeling upset.

Even the world's smallest violin needs an audience to hear it play.

So if I can't find someone to listen to my violin,

I'm going to go pop, blow up, and then I'll spew out my tiny symphony.

So please, listen to my violin.

I feel like I'm the only fool, I still have so much left to prove.

My friend and my friend's friends are all following their own trends.

I'm scared I'll get sucked in like that too. I don't even know if that's still in style anymore.

Having all these emotions coexisting inside me makes me feel even more miserable.

Somewhere in this vast universe, there are obviously many people struggling more than I am.

I wish that fact could be a comfort to me, I wish it could heal my wounded heart.

Just as every song has an end, I suppose I have to feel these emotions at least once.

This could be my end, or it could lead to a better version of me.

Now, let the timpani kick in here, and I'll take a shot of Hennessy. I know my heart is anxious.
