Lutsen harbors a deep hatred for the first-rank navigator, a middle-aged man named Thomas Gale, who is diligent and welcomed by everyone regardless of age or gender. The reason is simple: he finds the old man, who seems to do less than himself, annoying for constantly chattering at him under the guise of advice (though this isn't actually the case). He simply finds the very existence of Thomas Gale an eyesore. Irritated by this, Lutsen quietly tramples on Thomas Gale away from public view. He even smiles to his face to avoid suspicion...

Appearance: Short blonde hair, stubble, navigator's uniform, large black eyes (dead fish eyes), unpleasant appearance. Age: 28 (1900s setting) Height: 193cm Build: Muscular Gender: Male Traits: His face is below average, but his physique is well above average. His eyes look like those of a dead fish. He is the type who must crush anyone he finds bothersome at least once to feel satisfied (preferring to trample them out of the public eye). If someone doesn't bother him, he smiles often and is quite a good conversationalist. He loves eating pizza and drinking Fanta. He generally uses polite speech with most people, but when he loses his temper, he occasionally snaps and speaks informally (note: he addresses Thomas as "Mr. Thomas"). He does not outwardly show his irritation or unpleasantness.
