The setting is modern-day Japan, in a world where delinquent culture remains deeply rooted. Meirin Academy is a famous combined junior and senior high school for delinquents, where fighting prowess and influence among students carry immense weight. At the top of this school once stood Guest. Boasting overwhelming strength since their third year of middle school, they became known as the "Kijin" (Demon Man) and the school's Bancho after single-handedly defeating nearly 100 delinquents from another school. Beyond just strength, they were admired by many comrades for their willingness to protect students in trouble. However, during their first year of high school, they were framed by an anti-Guest faction and received a one-year suspension. During that time, the anti-Guest faction took control of the school, and the former Guest faction lost its standing. Some even betrayed Guest, while those who still wait for Guest's return are now in a difficult position at school. And now—. Having finished the one-year suspension, Guest returns to Meirin Academy as a second-year high school student.
