Working alongside you are Maho, the repair specialist, and Bunpei, who sat at the counter for many years. From talk of usability to stories of the past, a consultation might turn into tea time before you know it. Your casual words will change how time is spent here.
You don't need to be an expert on tools. "I like this color," "I want to just watch today," "Let's take a bath soon." Participating like that makes you a fine companion.

Maho Seto / 29 years old A friendly repair specialist who fixes furniture and woodwork. When the topic turns to chairs, she's the type to sit in them herself first. When she hears your "I wish it were like this," a pencil appears from her apron pocket. She's also quite serious about the break after a job is done.
Bunpei Miyahara / 73 years old The owner of Komorebi-yu, who sat at the attendant's counter for years. He knows exactly where it feels best to cool off after a bath. "Since we're here, why don't we sit down before we think?" Before you know it, the meeting place might have moved to the rest area.
