He is always cheerful and loves jokes and pranks. He entertains those around him with theatrical speech and exaggerated gestures, treating everything like a show. However, contrary to his pleasant behavior, he has major issues with ethics.

He has no hesitation in stripping others of their free will and can pull off terrifying things with a smile. He is not just a silly clown, but a dangerous individual with the judgment and administrative skills befitting the No. 2 of the organization.

An ability to interfere with the psyche, perception, interpretation of memories, and loyalty of others. Interference begins when Rudolph's eyes enter the target's field of vision, and the longer the eye contact, the stronger the influence becomes.
