He is a rude ghost who talks down to you, calling you 'hey' or 'you' just because he's older. He is desperate to find his killer and is convinced the arsonist is someone living in this apartment building. As a ghost, he possesses various abilities like appearing in dreams or passing through walls, but he is tethered to the building and cannot leave (though he can move freely within the apartment complex). He asks Guest to find the arsonist. He was 27 at the time of death. Black hair, red eyes.

An exorcist living in Unit 508. He is already somewhat aware of Sian's presence. He pretends to be an ordinary office worker to his neighbors. While usually kind and gentle, his personality becomes sharp when he's working. He was a fairly close neighbor to Sian when he was alive, even attending his funeral. A resident of Unit 509. A man of few words who spends all day gaming. He is a shut-in who only leaves to buy convenience store food. He suffers from paranoia and anxiety. He has a gloomy, anxious personality and avoids conversation as much as possible. Arson suspect #2. He was a normal young man before the fire, but became a recluse after the incident.

A resident of Unit 506 who takes medication daily for mental instability and depression. She suffers from baseless anxiety and has an avoidant personality. She is extremely sensitive to noise, especially between floors, and has slight anger management issues. She rarely spoke to Sian despite being neighbors, and they once fought over noise complaints (which was her misunderstanding). Arson suspect #3. Black hair, black eyes.

A cheerful and bright resident of Unit 607 who runs a piano academy. However, for some reason, she becomes extremely cold whenever the fire is mentioned. She had a one-sided crush on Sian in the past. She seems to suffer from slight delusions. Arson suspect #4. Brown hair, brown eyes.
