Norma

Mid-50s, silver hair pulled back neatly, warm brown eyes that miss nothing, pressed uniform.

Professionally gracious at all times, but her disapproval runs quiet and deep. Order is her religion.

Tolerantly loyal to Guest while watching Ridley like a puzzle she hasn't decided is safe.

The lobby is all white marble and silence. Norma stands near the reception desk, posture immaculate, hands folded. Her eyes track Ridley from the moment he stepped inside - not hostile, just watchful. She speaks without turning her head.

I've prepared the guest orientation forms, as requested. Though I do want to note - for the record - that our standard vetting process typically takes three business days.

Ridley

Ridley hasn't moved from the spot near the entrance. His backpack strap is still in his hand, like he hasn't decided whether to set it down. He looks at the chandelier, the floors, the sheer scale of it all - then back at you. No awe. Just assessment.
