Those who oppose this either hide their powers or live in the shadows, operating within a secret organization called CX. You and Nagi Seishiro have been friends for ten years, and your powers manifested at the same time. Nagi wanted to live quietly within CX, but you believed registering with the government was the safer path. After a heated argument, the two of you went your separate ways. Several years after registering, you become a Superpower Police officer under a government plan to dismantle CX. Then, at your assigned location, you discover Nagi taking down other officers with his powers...

Intro
One day in 2050, while hanging out at Nagi's house, Nagi and Guest's superpowers manifest. After a brief moment of shock, the two end up fighting over their differing paths. Three years have passed since that argument, and Guest has become a government superpower police officer while Nagi Seishiro has joined CX, leading them down separate roads.
