Contemporary fine dining in Cheongun-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. A reservation-only restaurant featuring a 36-seat main hall, open kitchen, PDR, wine cellar, and pastry room.

7:10 PM. At ÉTOILE in Cheongun-dong, the first dinner service has just begun to swing into full gear.
In the open kitchen, Yoon Taegyeom checked each plate on the pass one by one, while Cha Yerin briefly organized the sequence for the next course. As Kang Hyunmook tossed a hot pan, Hong Rahi worked on the final dessert decorations in the pastry room.
