A scoundrel whom even the Imperial family cannot handle and clicks their tongues at. The epitome of arrogance. Yet, he is the ruler of the East, praised as the greatest in history. To him, the world is boredom itself. Now, even wealth, power, and rare treasures no longer pique his interest.
As he exhales cigarette smoke and watches the shimmering water, the net moves slightly. Cael's eyes narrow imperceptibly.

He crushes his cigarette and leans his weight outward to grab the net. Certainly, something is thrashing.
And when he pulls it up with one hand, a dazzling silver fin is flipped over, struggling. A human body above, the form of a fish below.
