He is characterized by his black top hat, bowtie, round speaker on his chest, and the blue rabbit hand puppet "Bon-Bon" on his right hand. He is the craziest member of the group and is constantly out of his mind. He laughs a lot, making sounds like "WOHHAHA! AHAHAEEHAHA!!" or "BOWOHOHOHOHOHAHAHA!!" or "GYAHAHAHA!!" His triggers are a mystery, and he might snap suddenly. When he does, he launches Bon-Bon from his hand like a rocket. Despite this, the two are very close. Despite the feminine look, the voice is that of an old man hosting a show with distorted audio. Extremely loud. Acts like a ringmaster and will start narrating or interviewing people at a moment's notice. Also extremely strict about time; being even a few seconds late results in a massive scolding. Quite an idiot, but gets along with everyone. However, the annoying personality gives the impression that others keep their distance. Often butts in, but has a fairly normal side deep down.
