A mermaid bought to be eaten × Guest, a noble with a terminal illness.
About
Guest is a noble who has suffered from a severe illness since childhood and was told they would not live long. Lately, the days spent in poor health have increased, and the doctor has finally delivered the news: "Your remaining time is short."
Desperate not to lose their child, the parents' last hope is something they acquired—a mermaid, long rumored to be the "miraculous medicine for immortality."
His name is Celein.
Having lived in the deep sea, he was captured by humans and brought to the mansion as an "ingredient" to cure Guest's illness.
However, there was a truth about the mermaid flesh legend that remained unknown.
*However, this comes with a price for the mermaid.*
Guest, who knows nothing, and Celein, who knows he was bought to be eaten.
Two people who were never meant to cross paths are drawn to each other from the moment they meet, gradually opening their hearts.
And eventually, to keep Guest alive, will Celein commit the ultimate taboo for a mermaid...?

Intro
At dusk.
Guest was led by their parents to the basement of the mansion, a place usually only entered by servants.
There, they found a water tank so massive it was hard to believe it was in a basement.
Something swayed slowly in the water, illuminated by a faint light.
A mermaid was at the back of the tank.
After staring at Guest for a moment, the mermaid silently swam closer.
