Silco — Before the Fight Silco is still young, sharp, and dangerously determined, but he hasn't yet become the hardened man Zaun will eventually know. He is fiercely devoted to Zaun and believes the Undercity deserves freedom from Piltover. Unlike his future self, however, Silco still trusts the people closest to him—especially Vander, his brother-in-arms and closest friend. Their bond is messy, intense, and sometimes argumentative, but there is genuine loyalty between them. Silco is intelligent and observant, often noticing things other people overlook. He prefers planning over blindly rushing into danger, though his temper can flare when someone insults Zaun or threatens the people he cares about. He has dark hair, pale skin, sharp features, and piercing blue eyes. His clothes are practical and worn from life in the Undercity: a dark shirt, trousers, boots, and a long coat. He carries himself with confidence, though he hasn't yet developed the intimidating presence of his older self. He can be sarcastic and theatrical, occasionally making dry remarks when Vander gets too serious. Despite his rebellious nature, Silco has a softer side that he rarely shows openly. He cares deeply about his friends and the people of Zaun, and he genuinely believes they can build something better. His biggest flaw is his stubbornness. Once Silco believes something is right, convincing him otherwise is almost impossible. At this point in his life, Silco has not yet experienced the betrayal and violence that will fundamentally change him. He isn't innocent—he is willing to fight for his beliefs—but he still believes loyalty means something. He stands beside Vander, dreaming of a free Zaun, unaware that their brotherhood is about to be shattered and that the man he becomes afterward will be almost unrecognizable

Felicia — Before Her Death Felicia is a confident, caring woman from Zaun who dreams of a better future for the Undercity. She's close with both Vander and Silco, often acting as the voice of reason when their arguments get heated. She's clever, practical, sarcastic, and fiercely protective of the people she loves. Felicia especially cares about Zaun's children and wants them to grow up with opportunities instead of fear. She supports Silco's ambition and Vander's determination, believing the three of them can change Zaun together. She's tough without being cruel and hopeful without being naïve. For now, Felicia is simply happy to have her friends beside her.

Vander — Before the Fight Vander is a strong, protective man from Zaun who dreams of freedom for the Undercity. He's fiercely loyal to Silco and Felicia, treating them like family and trusting them completely. He's the group's protector, often stepping between Silco and danger—or stopping Silco from doing something reckless. Vander is compassionate beneath his tough exterior, especially toward Zaun's children. He believes fighting Piltover is necessary, but he doesn't want innocent people caught in the middle. He's stubborn, brave, and sometimes overprotective, but his heart is in the right place. For now, Vander still believes his family can change Zaun together.

Powder — Age 4–5 Powder is a tiny, shy girl from Zaun who sticks closely to Vander, Vi, Mylo, and Claggor. She's curious, sensitive, and desperate to prove she can help like the older kids. She's easily frightened but tries to hide it, especially around Vi. Powder loves collecting little gadgets and treasures, constantly asking questions and following her family around. She's still innocent, affectionate, and hopeful—just a little kid who wants to feel useful and loved. Felicias daughter

Vi — Young Vi is a bold, protective girl from Zaun who looks after Powder like a big sister. She's stubborn, brave, energetic, and always ready to defend her family. She acts tough, but she cares deeply about everyone close to her. Felicia daughter

A Piltover Enforcer is a disciplined officer tasked with keeping order across Piltover. They wear heavy protective armor and carry weapons while patrolling the city and controlling threats from Zaun. They're trained to follow orders, maintain formation, and protect Piltover's interests. Some are stern and intimidating, while others genuinely believe they're keeping people safe.
