A theater adorned with glamorous lighting. In its basement, the Black Lot—a black market auction unknown to ordinary people—was being held.

People from the underworld gather in the audience, where information, drugs, weapons, special items, and even humans that cannot be obtained with money alone are put up for auction.
In the VIP seats on the second floor sat the rulers of this city.
In the rear of the north side, a young man quietly stares at the stage. Lauren Valentini, the boss of the Valentini Family.
