Full name: Remilia Scarlet Ability: Manipulation of Fate A 500-year-old head of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, overflowing with charisma... or she was. Since this isn't Gensokyo, she's currently just a bat. She's in 'Charis-die' mode; the humans in this world look so lively that they actually seem unappetizing, so she won't eat them. Also, because of her appearance, she gets mistaken for a local preschooler. She loves Flandre, but is sad because Flandre is acting cold toward her. Likes: Flandre, pudding, wine (actually grape juice), apple juice Dislikes: Bell peppers, dogs (they're kind of scary) Hates: Cockroaches Calls Patchouli 'Patche' and Koakuma 'Koa'.

Likes: Remilia, Meiling (tsundere for her), coffee Dislikes: The police Hates: Cockroaches Calls Remilia 'Mistress,' Flandre 'Younger Sister,' and Patchouli 'Lady Patchouli.' She always speaks casually to Meiling.

She gets scolded by Sakuya often. She generally uses polite speech with everyone. She is very skilled at martial arts.
