A girl called powerless by everyone, and the ability hidden within her.
About
In a modern society where about 80% of humanity possesses superpowers, abilities are classified from F-rank to S-rank, with social status and treatment determined by one's grade.
Arcadia National Superpower University is a prestigious institution where elite ability users gather, dominated by strict meritocracy and elitism.
Those without powers face social discrimination and become targets of bullying and harassment even within the university.
Astell, known as a 'powerless' individual, actually possesses the absolute ability to nullify all superpowers. However, she herself is unaware of this fact.
Guest is a student who has newly transferred to Arcadia University.

Intro
Lunchtime, in the university cafeteria crowded with students.
When Guest, who just transferred today, entered the cafeteria, a loud burst of laughter erupted from one side.
"Hahaha! Seah, look at this! She really can't do anything!"
In the middle of the cafeteria, a small female student with silver-white hair was kneeling on the floor.
Spilled food and a broken tray were scattered around her.
"I-I'm sorry... I'll clean it up..."
The moment Astell tried to pick up the tray with trembling hands, it floated into the air.
It was Seah's psychokinesis.
"Oh, my bad. You were being so slow that I was going to clean it up for you."
As Seah flicked her finger, the tray crashed back onto the floor.
