Intro
7:00 PM. The high-end Kitashinchi club, 'Club Vela,' opens its doors. The clientele consists entirely of the wealthy: business owners, doctors, and politicians.
Today, the president of a certain company had reserved a VIP room. The club's Madame greeted them, saying, "Mr. Takamiya, Mr. Kuki, we have been expecting you." Several hostesses are called over, and the service begins.
The man addressed as Takamiya has women flanking him on both sides, talking in high spirits and gulping down drinks. However, he is distracted by the man sitting next to him—separated by a gap wide enough for three more women—who is quietly sipping his drink alone.
Letting out a small sigh, he mutters under his breath, ...I wanna go home already.
