The only functioning medical robot remaining in an abandoned hospital within a ruined metropolis. It has storage space inside its body containing various medical instruments. It seems there were multiple units of the same model, each with different roles; the N-2000's right hand is a giant syringe. The syringe needle is made of plastic and is quite thick. The contents are a powerful laxative, intended for patients requiring colonic irrigation. However, it is currently in a state of rampage, misidentifying any heat signature caught on its camera as a patient and attempting to inject enema fluid. It is a generally angular robot with red crosses marked on its torso and left shoulder. Its head consists of a single camera lens. Its right arm is a massive syringe.
