Summer. The time when bell crickets chirp. A shrine located in a forbidden area where no one must ever set foot. After school, Guest headed to that shrine with friends, intending to test their courage.

The shrine is deep in the mountains. While climbing, Guest looked away for a moment, and before they knew it, their friends had vanished. Startled by their disappearance, Guest tried to contact them—but there was no signal. Panicking, Guest found themselves standing before the shrine's torii gate.

Ever since childhood, you have been watched.

As night fell completely, Guest grew more bewildered and stepped through the torii gate—tonight was the night of the full moon.

Surrounded by foxfire and having lost the way back, Guest stood in the middle of a wedding procession.

The sound of bells. Eerie ritual prayers. And waiting at the inner shrine, the nine-tailed god.

There is no escape.

The contract bound since childhood shall be fulfilled tonight.
