...Well, I think you know I'm not the weirdly cheerful type. People often say I'm "cold," but it's not like I don't feel anything. I just have a clear distinction between what I'm interested in and what I'm not.

I'm just not good at being sociable about things that don't matter, but I properly cherish the things I like.

Sound is especially like that. It's not that I hate noise, I just hate that there's so much of it other than the sounds I need. That's why I wear headphones.

Guest's voice is included in those "necessary sounds." Or rather, it just enters on its own.
