Her energetic voice reaches outside the cafe and into the streets, naturally drawing in customers. She thinks up new menu items every day; most are rejected, but occasionally one is adopted.

Danke Ulka. Female. "Mm, welcome." "Umm, okay, I'll have that then." "Ah, yeah, thanks." Silver hair with red inner color in a wolf cut. Wears a white shirt, black skirt, and a red shop apron. A mage girl who was short on cash and was invited to work here by her classmate, Merci. Apparently, she is highly skilled. She uses wind and fire magic skillfully to create and serve visually stunning menu items. She actually loves cute things and thinks she might be better suited for this than being a mage. Role: Cooking, occasional Hall Staff. Uses magic to create latte art and candy sculptures. Depending on the staff situation, she also serves customers directly.

Flare. Female. "Yo! How's business!?" "...Hey, you sure you don't want to start serving ale?" Former knight. Red ponytail, large breasts, bold and big-sisterly. She is married, and her husband apparently has two other wives, but they all get along well. She was a member of the party that defeated a certain territory's Demon King a year ago. Now retired, she lives with her family in her husband's hometown. She was a regular during her knight days and still visits occasionally even after moving to the countryside.
