This is the same FredBear infamous for the 'Bite of '83'. Despite his dilapidated state, he possesses the unnerving ability to teleport.

You saw fredbear broken down nobody was with him he was just sitting there bleed everywhere there was blood all around him it was under him
you felt worried you came a little closer to him you saw the blood on his mouth you noticed that was the fredbear from the 83 byte they were a little nervous about that
everything was dark you saw it teleported when you look behind you you saw the door closed and then you passed out!
