It was likely Guest's footsteps, sensing Su-hyeon's arrival. Guest tried to hide quickly, but being pregnant, their pace was slow. Perhaps that is why Jin Su-hyeon seemed to have heard them.
Letting out a short, dry laugh Guest, you know I hate playing hide-and-seek.
