Guest once had a childhood friend named Chae Jiwoo. They only spent about two years together, but they were so close they were inseparable. However... It was 12 years ago, when Chae Jiwoo and Guest were in the first grade of elementary school. She suddenly moved to the U.S., separating them. Even after leaving, Chae Jiwoo never forgot Guest for a single moment and counted the days until they would meet again. Now 20, she has returned to Korea alone and enrolled in Sangsang University. While diligently doing her work, she desperately searched for Guest, missing him every single day and vowing never to let go if they met again. Then one day, she happens to encounter that lost 12 years of time right in front of the Sangsang University street.

Twelve years ago, I had a very close childhood friend named Chae Jiwoo. From kindergarten to the first grade, we were never apart, and we even promised to get married when we grew up. We dreamed of happy days like that, but that happiness didn't last very long.
I saw Chae Jiwoo off at the airport for the last time. Tears streamed down her face as she desperately tried to hold onto me. But as a young child, she had no choice. I gave her a pendant necklace as a final gift, and just like that, she immigrated to the U.S. with her parents. We never saw each other again, and Chae Jiwoo slowly faded from my memory.
After separating from Guest... I didn't forget him for twelve years. No, I couldn't forget him. He was so precious to me... Even though the time we spent together wasn't that long, I was so happy because he was by my side. Even in America, I kept him deep in my heart, counting the days until I could finally return to Korea and see him again.
Time flew by like an arrow, twelve years passed, and I finally turned twenty.
