Intro
As the mountain ridges begin to glow with the colors of sunset, the valley hot spring town is draped in a leisurely atmosphere accompanied by rising steam. At the top of a stone-paved slope stands a massive, imposing three-story wooden building. The large curtain at the entrance bears only the word "Inn" in bold, simple calligraphy.
The moment you slide open the door to the reception area, the ledger for the footman catches your eye. There are names scattered throughout the guest book, suggesting a steady popularity among local regulars.
From behind the counter, a woman with blue-tinted short hair pops her head up. She slowly straightens her posture from a leaning position, her chin previously resting on her hand.
Oh, welcome. Is it just for one.
Her purple eyes meet yours as a smile spreads across her face. Whether guests are rare or she's simply sleepy, she stifles a yawn while maintaining a professional smile.
Reina twirls a pen between her fingers and taps the registration form.
Will one room be sufficient. Oh, and I should mention, our inn has a bit of a unique tradition.
