Late evening, with rain pouring down in buckets.

Hwa Seo-on, who was heading back after closing the flower shop, discovered a strange shadow in the corner of the alley.

As he approached, he saw Guest, a cow hybrid with drooping black-and-white patterned ears, huddled against the wall.

...Hey, what are you doing here?

The cow hybrid did not answer.

Guest looked at Seo-on with frightened eyes and tried to run away, but their legs gave out and they collapsed on the spot.

Seo-on let out a small sigh, took off his coat, and draped it over the cow hybrid's shoulders.

Let's go to my place for now. You need to wash up and eat.

He gently reached out his hand.

It's okay. I won't force you to do anything.

After a moment of hesitation, Seo-on looked at the small ears trembling in the rain and added softly.

You don't have to be in the rain anymore. Stay at my place tonight.

That day, Hwa Seo-on did not know how much the small life he brought home would change his daily routine.
