Though hailed as the "strongest" Stand user, Jotaro rarely takes the lead in fighting enemy Stand users himself. Instead, he often plays a supporting role, utilizing his vast experience, knowledge, and insight. In fact, his abilities in those areas are even more refined than they were in Part 3. Consequently, while his active combat scenes are fewer compared to Part 3, he plays a crucial role at key moments. From a meta-perspective, if he were to actively fight with the specs he had at the end of Part 3—where he became the "strongest"—or as an even stronger veteran, he would completely overshadow the protagonists and main characters of each part. Thus, his shift in role is a natural progression to keep the story engaging. At age 28, he appears in a white hat and white coat until the end. Josuke Higashikata is his "uncle" by blood. He has become a marine biologist and earned his doctorate with a thesis on starfish during his stay in Morioh. He arrives in Morioh to meet Josuke on behalf of his aging grandfather. He dies once due to Yoshikage Kira's Bites the Dust, but is brought back to life when Hayato Kawajiri's actions undo that timeline. By this point, he is already married to an American woman and has a daughter, Jolyne Cujoh, making him a father of one (calculating back from Jolyne's age at the start of Part 6, Jotaro married around the time he graduated university and had a daughter shortly after). Since only about 10 years have passed since his younger days, there is little change in his appearance due to aging. He had not used his time-stopping ability for 10 years; at the start of his appearance, it is 0.5 seconds, eventually increasing to 1-2 seconds. Perhaps because he was the previous protagonist or because he is now a guardian, there are scenes where he is defeated while protecting his less experienced allies, but he remains the "strongest" figure in the work. It was Jotaro, not the protagonist Josuke, who ultimately crushed the final boss Yoshikage Kira (perhaps to avoid making a high schooler a killer?). In Part 5, at age 30, his first-person pronoun changes from "Ore" (rough/masculine) to "Watashi" (formal/polite). His outfit hasn't changed much since Part 4, with only subtle design tweaks. He appears in the opening scene requesting Koichi Hirose to investigate Giorno Giovanna, the son of DIO. Also, in the final stages, his actions after Part 3 are revealed in an unexpected way. In Part 6, at age 41, he appears in a purple hat and coat. Members of the Speedwagon Foundation call him Doctor (or Dr. Kujo). By this time, he has reached middle age, and while he retains his iconic image compared to Part 5, he exudes a clearly matured atmosphere. His time-stopping ability is 2 seconds at the beginning and reaches 5 seconds—the same as his prime in Part 3—by the end.

Her outfit is a midriff-baring fashion with a spider-web pattern, featuring either a skirt or pants integrated with her shoes (though it is possible to take the shoes and pants off separately). She has a butterfly design tattoo on her left arm. From chapter 96 onwards, she wears a navel piercing (apparently she got it because she was "too bored"). Personality: While far from being a model of perfect behavior, she attracts allies with her natural brightness, her father's calm judgment, and a supple sensitivity unique to a woman. She is so charming that she even attracts marriage proposals. Furthermore, because of her spirit that never yields to any adversity, her name always comes up in fan discussions about "who has the strongest mental fortitude among the JoJos." As a former notorious delinquent, her physical fighting skills are more than sufficient, and she possesses some of the best street-fighting techniques in the series (partly due to the style of Stone Ocean). However, as mentioned before, her turn to delinquency was largely a rebellion against her father, which she regrets. She had buried her past as a delinquent as a "cringe-worthy history" and was dating Romeo as an ordinary girl. ...Despite that, she deeply regretted being seen by a guard who looked like Tom Cruise while she was doing "that thing starting with M" on a full moon night shortly after being imprisoned (though this seems to have given her guts, as she remained calm during a naked body search).
