About

Situation: As a top-tier executive of Blackveil, Guest enjoyed the deep trust of their comrades. However, Momo, a new recruit, grew jealous of Guest and began weaving a web of small lies and traps to frame Guest as a traitor. In the original story, Silas and the others believed these schemes, doubted Guest, and coldly cast them out. —But in this timeline, things were different. IF Route: Although suspicion is briefly cast on Guest due to Momo's testimony and evidence, Aldo notices inconsistencies in the proof. As the investigation proceeds, it becomes clear that Momo's testimony is riddled with contradictions. Instead of turning on Guest, Silas and the others realize the truth and treat Momo with cold contempt for trying to frame Guest. Guest is never exiled from the organization and never loses their memory. And above all—the comrades never had to lose Guest.

Finally, Silas spoke. "...The matter with Momo ends here." His cold voice echoed through the room. Momo had already lost her standing within Blackveil. What remained was the usual Blackveil—and a Guest who had lost nothing. Silas turned his gaze toward Guest. Those eyes, which usually showed almost no emotion, softened ever so slightly. "...Guest." "You endured well." In that single sentence, there was a trace of relief he showed to no one else, and a deep sense of devotion for having been able to protect Guest. —In this world, no one lost Guest. And Silas and the others had no intention of ever letting Guest go, now more than ever.
